India Mostly premium audio accessories deliver top quality audio experience. However, that’s not the only feature that you have to look for when buying earphones. There are plenty of other features like comfort, battery life, and the technology used that comes into the picture.
Well, worry not. We have made a list of the best premium earphones that you can buy. From wired to truly wireless earphones to chic-looking neckbands, we have covered every aspect. Let’s take a look.
1. JBL E25BT WIRELESS IN-EAR HEADPHONES
However, the JBL E25BT doesn’t have any IP rating — they aren’t sweatproof. Though there’s an in-line remote with a mic, there’s another weighted compartment as well. That houses the status LED and a neck-clip to attach to your shirts’ collar for keeping the earphones in place.
Other than that, these headphones deliver a great audio experience for bassheads at the price. Just remember to keep them shielded from sweat and water.
2. ONEPLUS BULLETS WIRELESS
The Bullets Wireless 2 offers a battery life of 14 hours on moderate volumes. And the best part about it is the Warp Charge 30 – OnePlus’ proprietary charging standard. With it, a 10-minute charge gets you approximately 10 hours of playback time.
Also, you get the better Bluetooth range, thanks to Bluetooth 5.0. As far as the sound quality is concerned, it’s up to the mark with deep bass. You also get the advantage of aptX HD. All you have to do is make sure that you are wearing the right fit for the right amount of noise isolation.
3. 1MORE TRIPLE DRIVER EARPHONE
The cable is covered in fabric, which makes these earphones tangle-free. However, these earphones are meant for casual listening. You can’t take them to the gym or for running since they do not carry any Ingress Protection certification.
When it comes to the audio output, the audio is balanced with every layer being significantly audible, and several user reviews on Amazon have echoed the same.
4. JABRA ELITE 65T
The Jabra Elite 65t are known to produce great audio output with deep and punchy bass. However, the most interesting features are the ones in the companion app. From equalizer settings to adjusting the frequency of HearThrough or selecting from the built-in soundscapes, it lets you do a lot.
These earbuds have physical buttons for track navigation, volume control as well as a multi-functional button. The Elite 65t yields five hours on battery, and the case delivers an additional 10 hours.
5. BOSE SOUNDSPORT FREE
Furthermore, Bluetooth 5.0 ensures top-notch connectivity. The SoundSport Free has a battery life of 5 hours, and the charging case can hold an additional 10 hours of charge.
However, the Bose SoundSport Free earphones are a bit chunky and stick out of the ear. Though they remain fixed to the ear (thanks to the StayHear+ ear tips), the bulky design might give your head a slightly goofy look. The buttons on the buds can be a bit stiff initially.
Overall, these are quality earphones that the sports lover in you will love.
6. SENNHEISER MOMENTUM TRUE WIRELESS
Another significant feature is Transparent Hearing, which picks up ambient noises and plays it back to you. That makes it helpful if you plan to use these earphones in a crowded environment and still want to stay aware of your surroundings.
However, the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless pair is not discreet. On the contrary, they are a tad bigger, which causes them to stick out from the ear.
THE WORLD OF QUALITY MUSIC
These were some of the best premium earphones that you can buy in India. Each comes with their own set of advantage and disadvantage. However, you are likely to get excellent audio quality, if that is your top priority.
The Fitbit Versa 2, one of the newest smartwatches from Fitbit, packs several cool features. And the squarish look adds to the experience. The best part of this smartwatch is that it’s not solely focused on fitness and has its share of smarts. Yep, you read that right. You can activate Alexa for playing music, and install apps on your Fitbit Versa 2. And the good thing is that the process is easy and barely takes time.
If you bought the Fitbit Versa 2 recently or planning to buy it, here’s how you can add and install apps and add songs on it.
Let’s get straight to it, shall we?
HOW TO INSTALL APPS TO FITBIT VERSA 2
Though there are not many third-party apps for Versa 2, the available ones work just fine. For instance, there’s this neat app named Ionic Water that lets you track your daily water input. One of my favorite apps is Work Flow, which helps in increasing your focus and in the process makes you more productive.
Then there are apps like Moments, which shows you how many seconds you have lived till now. Funny, right? The best part of these apps is that they are simple and easy to understand.
Step 1: Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap on the little Account icon at the top-left corner. Select Versa 2 under devices, and then select Apps.
Here, you’ll see two options — My Apps and All Apps. Tap on All Apps to browse through all the available apps.
And most of them are segregated into different categories.
Step 2: Now, pick one which suits your needs. Simply tap on it and hit the Install button, and the process will complete in some time.
HOW TO ADD MUSIC TO FITBIT VERSA 2
The Versa 2 has plenty of onboard memory which is usable to store offline music tracks. That way, when you go for your jogs or runs, you can leave your phone at home, and instead, listen to songs straight from your phone via a quality pair of Bluetooth earphones. Sounds cool, right?
On Your PC
Step 1: At the same time, open the app on your PC and click on the little Music icon at the top.
If you are using this app for the first time, log in using the same credential you’ve used on your phone.
If your PC doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth, you can consider buying one of the Bluetooth adapters from our curated recommendations..
Step 2: Click on Manage Wi-Fi to connect your smartwatch to a Wi-Fi network via Bluetooth.
At this point, your PC will prompt you to pair the Versa 2. Once done, it will connect to the Wi-Fi network your PC is currently connected to.
That completes the complicated part. Now, let’s begin the transfer.
Step 3: After connecting to the Wi-Fi network, tap on Personal Music > Music Storage.
Depending on the number of songs and the quality of songs, the transfer might take some time. The good news is that everything occurs in the background and doesn’t hamper your work.
Once the transfer is complete, tap on End now on your watch to well, end the connection.
CONNECT HEADPHONES TO THE VERSA 2
So you have downloaded the songs to your watch. Ready to go on your run. Here’s a small catch. You can’t play songs on your Versa 2 since it doesn’t have a speaker.
You’ll need a pair of good sports (wireless) earphones to go with it. Luckily, it’s easy to pair them to the watch.
On your watch, open Settings and head over to the Bluetooth option. Tap on +Audio Device to start the scan. Once you have located your earphones, tap on it to select, and voila. You can now play songs on your watch.
GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VERSA 2
Now, with all the smarts by your side, you will be able to get the most out of your smartwatch. Plus, activate features like Alexa and you will be all sorted.
Step 4: For that, click on the little Done icon, as shown in the screenshot below, to complete the transfer.
Watch For the most part, the Galaxy Buds is an excellent pick for wireless earphones. They are easy to carry and the cumulative battery life of thirteen hours can be considered decent. And the touchpads are the cherry on top. Plus, when it comes to connecting the Galaxy Buds to an Android phone, the process is quite simple.
Sadly, the process of connecting the Galaxy Buds to the Galaxy Watch isn’t quite a straightforward process. It needs a few workarounds, especially if your Buds have been paired to a phone previously. But rest assured that it’s not impossible.
In this post, we will show you how to pair the Galaxy Buds to Galaxy Watch. Let’s begin!
PAIR THE GALAXY BUDS TO GALAXY WATCH
Step 1: If you’ve taken the Buds just out of the box and they haven’t been paired before, start by opening the case to push them to the pairing mode. You should see a notification light up.
In case of previously connected Buds, switch off the Bluetooth connection of the phone (or laptop) to disconnect them. Now, keep the lid open to push the Buds into pairing mode.
Step 2: On your Galaxy Watch, open Settings and head over to Connection > Bluetooth > BT headset and tap on Scan.
Step 3: The Galaxy Watch lets you listen to offline tracks via the built-in player.
To add tracks, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone and select Add Content to your watch > Add tracks and then select the song tracks. Just make sure that the watch is in close vicinity of your phone.
Let me tell you that adding tracks to the Galaxy Watch takes a fair amount of time.
Step 4: Next, twist your way to the Audio Player on your watch. Gently tap on the little phone icon to change the mode to watch.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SWITCH DEVICES?
Pairing the Galaxy Buds to a new phone, even without the Galaxy Wearable app, is not a tricky affair and is similar to the pairing process of other Bluetooth audio devices. Just keep the Buds in the pairing mode, scan for them and bam!
However, without the Galaxy Wearable app, you won’t be able to use the features of the companion app such as Equalizer or Ambient Quiet.
HOW TO RESET GALAXY BUDS
The pairing process is not perfect at all times. In some circumstances, one of the devices needs a reset. For now, you can reset the Buds via the Galaxy Wearable app. You have to make sure that the phone is connected to the Buds when you do the reset.
If in case, the buds are paired to some other devices, pair them via the method described above. Once done, open it and head over to About earbuds > Reset earbuds, and then hit the Reset button.
BONUS GALAXY BUDS TRICKS
1. Customize the Touchpads
With the Galaxy Buds, you can remap the ‘Touch and Hold’ action of the touchpad. To make the changes, head over to the Wearable app and select Touchpad. Now, tap on either one of the left or right sides, and select the option.
2. Switch to the Dynamic Mode
The equalizer comes with four modes – Bass boost, Soft, Dynamic, Clear and Treble boost, and my favorite is the Dynamic mode.
3. Manage Notifications
The Wearable app lets you tweak the notifications that you receive on your Galaxy Buds. After all, you wouldn’t want your song interrupted often. At the same time, you wouldn’t want to miss out on the important ones, at least I wouldn’t.
To make the changes, tap on Notification management and toggle the switch for the app for which you’d like to be notified about. That’s it.
MUSIC CONTROL ON YOUR WRISTS
Both the Galaxy Watch and the Galaxy Buds prove to be the perfect counterparts when it comes to playing songs on the go. You just need to have a little bit of time on your hand to transfer the songs to the watch. Once you cross that hurdle, the rest comes easy.
what’s the best use-case scenario of a clear case for the Apple AirPods Pro? I would probably say that these cases let the true color of your device shine, while at the same shielding it from scratches and abrasions. More importantly, they do not add unnecessary bulk to the device in question, thereby preserving the original looks of the AirPods Pro.
Plus, if you have engraved the front of the case, these cases make them easily visible. But truth be told, there are a dime a dozen clear cases in the market, and it’s very easy to get lost in the crowd. Worry not, that’s where we come in. In this post, we have compiled some of the best and highly-reviewed clear cases for the AirPods Pro.
1. ESR PROTECTIVE CARRYING CASE
While the default one is a clear cover, you might also want to try out some of the colored options. For instance, if you have the green variant iPhone, the Clear Green one will be the perfect companion to it.
And thanks to its slim profile, you can charge your earphones with any difficulty.
2. SATLITOG PROTECTIVE SILICONE COVER
A bulk of users spoke highly of the case’s fit and the durability. And the best part is that it has a D-hook, which you can either plug it to your belt loops or hook it to your keychain. More importantly, even though the case is still a little thick, the LED light is visible through the case.
There are several other colors available. The only downside is that there’s a slight bulk between the lid and the body.

3. ATUAT PROTECTIVE SILICONE COVER
And if you are prone to losing or forgetting your belongings, the keychain helps with just that. All you need to do is loop it to your bag, and you will be sorted.
When it comes to durability and fit, the ATUAT case ranks above most of its competitors. It has a rating of around 4.8-stars out of 5 on Amazon.
4. KOCUOS TRANSLUCENT MATTE CASE
Even though it’s a two-piece case, you do not have to worry about the top coming off. It’s this feature that has been praised by many reviewers on Amazon. Apart from that, it has a solid build and offers a tight fit. When it comes to drop protection, both the soft silicone and the hard material combine to absorb the brunt of falls and drops.
To add to it, the use of quality material ensures that it doesn’t attract lint and other dust particles. The only downside is that the access to the pairing button is shut off once the case is in place.
5. CHILLNCHIC HARD PLASTIC CLEAR MICKEY MOUSE CASE
When it comes to the build, it’s made of hard plastic, which should do the job of keeping the case in pristine conditions. Do note that the case doesn’t come with a port cover, which can, in turn, can lead to debris lodging inside the port. On the bright side, the fit is snug and tight.
The ChillNChic Hard Plastic Clear case comes in two other designs — Peanut & Snoopy and Minnie Mouse.
6. VALKIT SHOCKPROOF COVER WITH KEYCHAIN
Most importantly, the top of the case stays on and doesn’t fall off at the slightest pretext. And yeah, like most of the cases in this list, there’s an option to hook a carabiner as well.
Last but not least, transparency is great.
7. KINGXBAR 4-IN-1 SOFT TPU CASE
Though this case appears to be a soft silicone case, it’s made of hard plastic instead, which in turn provides a better drop-protection. Plus, the print quality is good and is likely to remain on the case for a long time.
If you are worried about the prints hindering the LED notification light, worry not for you’ll be able to see it without any issues.
LET THE LIGHT SHINE BRIGHT
Let the original color of your new AirPods Pro shine through in all its glory. Do note that clear cases do little to give an overall 360° protection. They are mainly to keep the aesthetics of the case pleasing. After all, who would want a scratched-up case to carry around, right?
The Samsung Galaxy S10 is here, and though its closest rivals on paper are Android phones like the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, the iPhone XS is still very much worth considering especially as it’s six months till we’ll get a successor.
So which ‘ten’ will come out on top? We’ve only had chance to play around with the Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 Plus for less than an hour at this stage, so consider this an early comparison and not a tested head-to-head. Still, decisions aren’t always made on performance, so here’s what you can expect from the new Galaxy S10 series in terms of design, features and specs, as stacked up to the iPhone XS and XS Max.
Samsung knows how to put together a flagship phone but never more so than in recent years, the S10 and its siblings look the part with minimal bezels on the front and rounded edges on the displays of all models apart from the S10e. Around the back, the new camera array is made into more of a statement, which admittedly looks slightly retro next to the rear of an iPhone XS or XS Max. The S10 will be available in green, white, black and blue with a canary yellow S10e finish and ceramic black and white models of the S10 Plus.
Each one of the new Samsungs, with perhaps the exception of the S10 Plus, feels compact, well made and manageable in the hand with slim profiles at 7.8mm thick or in the case of the S10e 7.9mm. They’re light to hold too without feeling cheap: the Galaxy S10 weighs 157g, the S10 Plus is 175g, the S10e just 150g.

Smartphone design in 2019, however, is all about those screens. The Samsung Galaxy S10 series features its Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED displays with circular ‘punch holes’ in the top right corner for the front-facing cameras on the Samsung Galaxy S10e and S10, and a slightly larger punch hole for the dual front-facing camera on the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus.
First seen, for Samsung, on the Galaxy A8 and also recently on the Honor View 20, we tend to think the punch hole looks slicker than a notch, so if you’re looking for a phone that screams 2019, the S10 will do the job nicely. In geek speak, it also allows for a 93.1 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
All the S10 models have a tall 19:9 aspect ratio, but the screens come in different sizes and resolutions. The S10 has a 6.1-inch Quad HD display, the S10 Plus has a 6.4-inch Quad HD display, the S10e has a 5.8-inch Full HD display and the upcoming S10 5G has a big 6.7-inch Quad HD display. Samsung says that all its smartphone screens will produce 16 million colours, go up to 1,200 nits at peak brightness and handle HDR10+ video and movies. In our short time with the S10s, the displays prodcued vivid colours and good contrast on the stock images we could view.
As for the iPhone XS and XS Max, you get a choice of 5.8-inch or 6.5-inch 458ppi Super Retina OLED displays which both feature a wide notch at the top of the screen. These displays also max out at 625 cd/m2 (= 625 nits) at peak brightness, handle HDR 10 content with Dolby Vision. The iPhone XS has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and an 82.9 per cent screen-to-body ratio; the iPhone XS Max meanwhile has the same 19.5:9 screen aspect ratio and an 84.4 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
As usual, the Android here offers more lenses than the iPhone. The Samsung Galaxy S10 itself has a main 12-megapixel camera, a 12-megapixel zoom camera and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera on the rear, all with optical image stabilisation, and a dual 10-megapixel front-facer which is only capable of 2D face recognition.
Camera features on the S10 line include the ability to switch between f/1.5 and f/2.4 aperture, shoot HDR10+ video and there’s also ten new scenes for pets and the like. From our quick play with it, it’s fast in use and looks to be as versatile as you’d expect, though we’ll reserve a real verdict on the camera for the Galaxy S10 review.
The S10e misses out on the telephoto capability, but otherwise everything else is present and correct.
In our iPhone XS and XS Max review, and in comparisons to flagship Androids, we’ve found the dual 12-megapixel wide-angle and telephoto lens setup to be reliable and detailed with excellent optical image stabilisation. Its Smart HDR feature is very capable for scenes with both bright sun and shadow, and the ability to play around with the depth of field after you’ve taken the shot is fun, if not DSLR-quality. Apple’s TrueDepth camera on the front allows for more secure, 3D facial recognition.
The one area in which the Galaxy S10 is likely to best the iPhones, though, is low-light photography. This was improved for the XS line, but Apple still lags behind the competition slightly here.

Features and software
One of Samsung’s new features for the S10 is its ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, made by Qualcomm, which appears on the S10 and S10 Plus. (The S10e slums it with a capacitive fingerprint scanner on the side of the phone). Samsung says the ultrasonic scanner is suitable for all weather conditions and the tech, which works by bouncing soundwaves off your finger or thumb, will read every ridge of your print to protect against spoofing. Apple’s tactic for the iPhone XS, meanwhile, was to ditch the fingerprint sensor altogether in favour of its excellent Face ID unlock.
Samsung has also given its UI a new name, One UI. It’s built on top of Android 9 Pie and from first impressions, it’s set to be the best of the Android bunch. It’s added some extras such as faster app launch for apps you use frequently at certain times of day, Bixby Routines and Dolby Atmos for gaming.
We’ll stick to how the Samsung Galaxy S10 and iPhone XS stack up on paper at this pre-review stage. The Galaxy S10 is powered by an 8-nanometer Exynos 9820 chipset in the UK and the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 elsewhere, with an assist from 8GB of RAM.
The S10 Plus, meanwhile, comes in 8GB RAM and 12GB RAM variants. Samsung points out the S10 range is now Unity Game Engine optimised and the new phones are also Wi-Fi 6 ready.
Battery and wireless charging
It’s too soon to make a judgement on the Galaxy S10’s battery life, but it’s worth noting the differing units on offer here depending on screen size and connectivity. The Galaxy S10 itself has 3,400mAh battery, the S10e has a 3,100mAh unit, the S10 Plus has a larger 4,100mAh battery and the S10 5G, due in the summer, a thumping great 4,500mAh battery. All feature Samsung’s fast wireless charging 2.0 apart from the S10 5G which also offers ‘Super Fast’ wired 25W charging. They also all offer Wireless PowerShare so you can charge any Qi device (including the Galaxy Buds etc) using your Galaxy S10’s juice – very cool.
If you aren’t already firmly in either the iPhone camp or the Samsung Galaxy camp, or you’re thinking about switching from iOS, chances are some of the Galaxy S10 features will look mighty tempting: the Infinity-O displays with the punch hole, the promising, versatile camera setup, wireless charging power sharing, 1TB of storage.
While Samsung has done just enough to stay on par with what Huawei has been doing in smartphones, the result of this is that it has nudged the iPhone XS and XS Max even further behind. That doesn’t mean the iPhone XS duo has nothing to recommend it, though. Far from it, in fact, because in real life these are still fantastic phones to live with.
A security camera is only half effective if it doesn’t have a proper night vision. And the lack of night vision is especially felt if you are planning to buy one for outdoor use. Imagine the alert going off in the middle of the night, and all you can view is a sea of grey. Disappointing.
Thankfully, there are many security cameras in the market with excellent night vision skills. And the best thing is that some are affordable and won’t burn a hole in your pocket. So, if you are in the market looking for the best security cameras with night vision, here are our recommendations.
1. BEST BUDGET: WYZE CAM PAN
The primary highlight of this camera is its 6-InfraRed LEDs. These help to get a clear and sharp night vision. These LEDs not only increase the distance, but they also help you see clear images. Wyze claims that these lights help you distinguish between 18-shades of grey.
As user Jeniffer points out, “For the price, the quality of this camera is unbeatable. The night vision and ability to move the view is fantastic. On top of that, we were able to pair the app with both Wyze cameras we have.” Plus, the camera is easy to install, and the companion app is simple and straightforward.
However, it’s not without its share of issues. For one, it can’t connect to the 5 GHz network. On the upside, the Amazon Alexa integration means you can pair it up with an Echo Show to use as a baby monitor.
2. BEST FOR THE PRICE: KASA CAM OUTDOOR BY TP-LINK
Moreover, the Kasa Cam Outdoor Camera gives you two days’ worth of free HD cloud recording. Interesting, I’d say. And well, it supports both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
If we talk numbers, this you get a 130-degree FoV. The Kasa Cam Outdoor Camera also features night vision up to 20 feet. So, if you do not perch it way up on your porch, you will be able to see most of the details in the frame.
3. OUR PICK: NEST CAM INDOOR SECURITY CAMERA
The video & audio quality is clear and precise. And similar to the Wyze Cam Pan, this one also has a ring of 8 LED lights around the camera. The lights combine with the 3-megapixel camera to give you an impressive performance.
As per the folks at Tom’s Guide, this camera can pick up minute details even in night mode. And the claim has been backed by several users on Amazon. Another quality worth mentioning is the zooming option in the companion app. And like any security camera, you also get motion alerts should the camera pick up something out of the ordinary.
4. BEST PREMIUM: ARLO PRO 3
Furthermore, it bundles smart alerts that can differentiate between a variety of situations. The picture quality is great for the price with a good contrast ratio and colors.
When it comes to the night vision, you can rest assured as it’s sharp and clear. And it doesn’t end there. The Arlo Pro 3 is one of the few security cameras that boast of colored night vision. Yes, you read that right. Now, you no longer have to be limited by monochromatic images in the dark. The best part is that there is not jitter or motion delay that is usually associated with most of its affordable competitors.
5. ALSO CONSIDER: EZVIZ MINI 360 PLUS
When it comes to the features, the orb Ezviz Mini 360 Plus comes with 92-degree FoV in addition to an 80-degree tilting angle and a 340-degree panning angle. All these combine to see you a lot in a single glance. While there is the option to opt for a paid cloud service, you can also use a microSD card for local storage. And as far as night vision is concerned, you get vision up to 33 feet, and for the price, the details are sharp and clear. Furthermore, this camera bundles two-way audio, something which makes it perfect for communicating with the elderly and small kids.
THE EYES OF A CAT
Apart from the above, you can also check out the Amazon Cloud Cam. This compact camera beautifully balances functionality with looks. And at $99, you get two-way audio, sensors for motion detection, 1080p video streaming, and 120-degree FoV. However, Amazon has stopped the sale of the basic variant. At the time of writing, only the Key variant was on sale.
Plus, it bundles several nifty features for the price, such as two-way audio, activity zones, live streaming, and third-party app integrations. On top of that, you can customize alerts and enable motion tracking. When it comes to user reviews, users have spoken highly of its night vision, motion detection, and picture quality.
With the cost of streaming devices low and the price of cable remaining as high as ever, it’s still a great time to cut the cord. And one of the most popular (and cheapest) options is definitely the Amazon Fire TV Stick, a sleek little USB-drive-looking device that connects to your TV’s HDMI port to serve up content from any of your favorite streaming services.
Although there are various Amazon-branded streaming devices, the Fire Stick beats other set-top boxes, like the Fire TV Cube, when it comes to price (even though the Cube also doubles as an Amazon Echo voice assistant). No matter which device you choose, the setup and user experience is going to be virtually the same.
How Do I Set It Up?
It’s not difficult to set up any streaming device, but the Amazon Fire TV Stick is probably one of the more time-consuming devices to get up and running. That’s mostly due to software downloads that you must install when you first activate the device—something you don’t deal with on a Roku device.
Step 1: Get your hardware in place
While unboxing, you’ll find five items: the Fire TV Stick, a power adapter, a micro-USB cable, an HDMI extender, and the remote.
Insert the micro-USB cable into the wall charger and plug it in. On the back of pretty much all modern televisions, there’s an array of HDMI ports. Plug the Fire TV Stick into one of these and note if it says “HDMI 1,” or “HDMI2,” etc., as you will need to turn your television to the corresponding channel.
Step 2: Pair Your Remote
Once you’ve tuned the TV to the correct HDMI channel, you can begin setup. First, you’ll need to load the Alexa Remote with two AAA batteries. Keep in mind that unlike most remotes, the batteries will actually be oriented in the same direction. Hold the remote near the Fire TV Stick and press the Home button on the remote for 10 seconds. Once the remote is paired, you’ll see a screen that asks you to press the play/pause button to continue.
Step 3: Get Connect to the internet
If you don’t have WiFi, you can still use a Fire TV Stick. You can buy an Ethernet cable that plugs into the micro-USB port on the Fire TV Stick to set up a direct connection. It’s also a good idea to go this route if you have spotty WiFi. This one should suffice.
If you already have an Amazon account, you’re good to go. Otherwise, you’ll need to set up an account, which you can do on a separate device, like your smartphone.
How To Watch Stuff on a Fire TV Stick
Amazon has three tiers to its content, but it can get confusing. If you’ve registered your device with an active Amazon Prime account, you’ll see a bunch of content cards on the home screen that fall under the “Included with Prime” category. This is anything from Amazon Original Series like The Man in the High Castle or The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and other films included in your Amazon Prime subscription.

How To Use Alexa on a Fire TV Stick
To access Alexa, just hold down the Voice button and ask Alexa a question. Alexa can pull up specific content, pause whatever you’re watching, fast-forward, or restart a selection.
You can also control your Fire TV Stick directly through an Amazon Echo device if you have one of those, nixing the remote, altogether. First, you’ll have to link the Fire TV Stick to your Alexa account.
According to Amazon, if you only have one Fire TV device registered to your account, Alexa should complete the linking process automatically. Just say a request that includes your Fire TV to your Alexa device to complete pairing.
However, if you have more than one Fire TV or Fire TV Stick, you’ll need to go into the Alexa app on your phone and pair the devices.
The LAN/Ethernet cables provide better speed and connectivity (bandwidth and ping rate) compared to the Wi-Fi networks. However, it also comes with its set of hassles. For one, you need to have proper cable management tools in place to connect the cable to your PC/laptop. While in the case of the wireless USB Wi-Fi adapters, plug them to your PC or laptop, and you will be sorted.
Yeah, most USB Wi-Fi adapters are plug & play devices. So they do not need a dedicated setup process. And they are easily portable thanks to their compact size. Well, most of them. So, if you are searching for the best USB Wi-Fi adapters for your PC, here are our recommendations.
1. TP-LINK MINI AC600 WI-FI ADAPTER
It’s a dual-band 802.11ac adapter. So yeah, you can use both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands if your routers transmit. Again, there isn’t any dedicated installation process. Simply plug this tiny device into the USB port of your PC, and you’ll be able to connect.
The speed delivery is great, and it delivers an interruption-free service, as per most users. That means you can stream your favorite movies without any lags.
2. INAMAX AC600 MINI WIRELESS NETWORK WI-FI DONGLE
This Wi-Fi adapter can easily fit into the area reserved for USB ports of both laptops and PCs, even if they are close together. And you will be able to leave it plugged. For now, this tiny device has amassed great reviews with users praising its signal quality. This is a USB 2.0 adapter.
3. TECHKEY USB 3.0 WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTER
Unlike the USB Wi-Fi adapters above, this one has dual antennas. On top of that, it’s a dual-band adapter with remarkable signal strength. Several reviewers on Amazon back this claim. User Laurelglen puts it simply as, “This increased my signal strength way more than the small wireless adapter that I was using before.”
Again, it’s a durable product and will last you a long time. This product is compatible with Windows 10 and the older version of Windows, and in most cases, does away with the usual installation process.
